Today was the First Day on this trip that I was invited by someone who I didn’t previously know to come to their home for a meal.
Thank you, Harvey and Diana, for your generosity, hospitality and terrific breakfast!
(BTW, Just in case you teo were curious, I did scoot back to my campsite just before the big cloud burst hit.)
Today was also the First time that I’ve ever seen a “Slingshot” vehicle.

Thanks to our daughter Bianca and her summer job at Robert’s Roost, we hear all about her interesting clients that stop in. After she told me about you and joked about the burger, I had to bring up a couple of combo meals to sit down and share with you. You’ve led a very interesting and full life Rich, and there is alot more to come. It was our pleasure to also welcome you into our home for a hot breakfast during this unusually cold and soggy start to our summer. Thank you for your stories and for letting me take a spin on your scooter. My family later on found it amusing that a man with a Harley was researching electric scooters online!
