A very HOT day!

But thank God, I got to ride mostly on bike paths getting out of Pasco.

Suspension Bridge Over Columbia River East of Pasco, WA.

Today was the very First day that I ever had a Firehouse Subs sandwich.

I had a “Hero” and it was delicious!

Firehouse Subs Restaurant

I enjoyed it inside with a very large, cold, Vitamin Water and air conditioning while the scooter cooked on the shadeless patio in 100° temps.

Sure hope Sasquatch can handle the heat. Good thing we were at a Firehouse!

Today was also the First time that I’ve ever seen a stern-wheel river boat actually in full operation.

It was moving!

It sounds silly in this heat, but winter’s coming, so I better get going, too…
