It’s the weekend AND Salmon Season in Campbell River, BC and there’s no room for tents or hammocks.

If you don’t have a box on wheels or a hotel reservation, your out of luck!

Fortunately, as you should know by now, I don’t rely on luck. God provided me a very nice, reasonably-priced room overlooking the ocean.

Also, the ladies at the Visitor Center were truly, awesome! They helped me find a room and get a charge for the scooter today and for tomorrow!

Campbell River Visitor Center and the sign is TRUE!

Way to go, Ang! Thank you!

Tomorrow I’ll be heading out of town and hopefully to a place with less fishermen (and other sorts of people) and with a place to hang my hammock.

Last night on the hotel bed was not conducive to a good night’s rest for me even though it was a nice room.

I need anti-gravity to sleep well these days.

Also, I’ve simply come to enjoy just hanging from the trees, even if there may be other visitors in the night…
