Rich, congrats on this world record! You are the man! I am proud to know a world record holder. Enjoy Canada brother! Make sure you stay in the good books of our RCMP! Best of luck the rest of the way!!
Thanks Matt. No worries. The only comments that I have received from law enforcement officers is that the scooter and trailer are pretty cool. Thanks again for following along. Are you going to be able to meet me anywhere along the way in Canada, or are you holding out for Central America ?
And I thought a trip from Toronto to Niagara falls was a big deal on an Apollo Phantom. This is amazing, not only for attempting such a journey, but also to bring more awareness to the PEV world. I ride 2 to 3x a week to work, round trip 50kms a day. Plus I do leisure rides or trail rides between, I barely see another rider in west GTA. If I do its usually a Ninebot or GoTrax. You would think with the price of gas now you would see more riders. Take care be safe.
Thanks, Paul. It seems like most of the scooter riders that I’ve come across are older rather than younger riders. However, most of the younger generation seem to find my setup pretty interesting. Thanks for joining along. Enjoy your scoo-mutes!
