Today was my First night sleeping on rocks so far on this trip!

Thank you, McLeese Lake for at least having “tent sites,” though they are better suited to tent trailers rather than actual on-the-ground tents!

Today was the First day/night that I slept LESS and WORSE than my sleepless night in Kamloops. (At least the Kamloops site was on a patch of weeds with some grass and not just a bed of gravel.)

I sure hope that I don’t have any more “worst First days” to compare with this one.

Once again, my experience proves that looks can be–and often are–deceiving…
